In that time he built up a core portfolio of real estate assets across office, residential, retail, logistics and hospitality sectors, in addition to assisting GIC with its other investments in equities, private equities and infrastructure. Ken sits on various company boards and charities. He serves as an External Director for Keihan Holdings Co. Ltd., an Executive Advisor for Seibu Holdings Inc., the Representative Director of NPO, Hands On Tokyo, Board Director of Christel Vie Ensemble, and was the former Urban Land Institute (ULI) Japan Vice Chairman.
